Next up is the ever popular Class 33 which sees the addition of BR Green and the modified celebrity BR Blue scheme that was applied to several named locos in the 1980s.
To Snowplough or Not To Snowplough – That is The Question
I get many enquiries about snowploughs on loco designs. The general rule is that every embroidered design I do is reflective of the actual real life loco in the livery you request. Some locos were well known for always having snowploughs whereas others rarely had snowploughs fitted.

3 new classes of locos to the railway clothing range!
Heads up railway enthusiasts, we have added new class 08, 20 and 58 locos to the clothing range. Each of these classes have endeared themselves to rail enthusiasts over the years.
Class 08 Shunter
The often overlooked Class 08 shunter was found all over the railway network quietly going about its business. There are still many of these little locos about on the mainline network and virtually every heritage railway has at least 1 if not more ‘gronk’ sitting quietly in a siding somewhere waiting to sort the coaches and wagons at the end of each operating day.
The humble Class 08 shunter is now available in BR Blue colour scheme –
The English Electric Class 20 is a stalwart of the early Pilot Scheme diesel locos. 1st introduced in the late 1950s, the Class 20 locos can still be found in small numbers on the mainline today.
They are nearly always seen in pairs and are mostly remembered working the endless MGR merry go round trains between coal mines and power stations. Another big pull for Class 20 fans was the booked workings to Skegness, I dont think there would be many railway enthusiasts who havent made at least a couple of leaps from Nottingham to Beeston whilst raking in the ‘Skeggs’!
There are several Class 20s in preservation on heritage railways and are always popular with enthusiasts. The ever young Class 20 is now available in 3 colour schemes –

Class 58
The Class 58 loco was one of the final loco classes built by BREL and had a very similar early life working the MGR trains. Once sectorisation and then privatisation of British Rail occurred, life got quite interesting for the class. Sectorisation saw the class 58s dedicated to the Coal sector and privatisation brought a split between the newly formed freight companies EWS and Mainline Freight.
Things then took an unexpected turn when many were exported to France for work on building their High Speed Rail network (Dont mention HS2!!!!). After the high speed line construction work was completed, many were dumped in France and were only recently cut-up for scrap.

The Horsa glider played a huge role in the Allies fight against Germany, starting with the Invasion of Sicily in July 1943. They were also extensively used in the D-Day landings, Arnhem and the Rhine crossing.
The Waco glider was used in the above missions but also saw service in the Far East campaign against Japanese forces.

80 years ago, a generation of brave young men were about to take a huge leap that demanded the utmost in bravery and courage. The events of the night of the 5th and morning of the 6th of June 1944 would see these men become a generation of legends.
Simply known as D-Day, the 6th June 1944 will forever be remembered as the day the tide finally turned against the Germans and the Allies fight back firmly commenced.
As the veterans from D-Day and the liberation of Europe fade away from living memory, it is ever more important that those of us following never forget their bravery and sacrifice.
My tribute to these brave souls comes in the form of a new D-Day 80 commemorative clothing range.
I have created separate D-Day 80 anniversary embroidered designs featuring USAAF and RAF aircraft, along with a special jacket back motif.

in connection with these designs, I will be adding in the coming days, the often requested glider embroideries featuring the RAF Horsa glider and USAAF Waco Glider.
The D-Day 80 clothing designs feature a C-47 above a glider. Both aircraft are entwined with a stylistic ’80’ in white.
The British embroidered design features a C-47 Dakota in RAF colours with a Horsa Glider.
The American embroidered design features a USAAF C-47 Dakota/Skytrain with a Waco glider.
On the Fleece Jackets, Varsity Jackets and Zip Neck Fleeces there is an additional large embroidery on the back featuring a representation of paratroopers jumping out of 6 C-47 aircraft.

Kids sizes start at 3-4 years and go through to Teen sizes. We have updated all the product size guides to help you select the appropriate size for your child.
The relevant product details have also been updated so you can see any differences between the adults and kids garments.
Kids Clothing Prices
All garments are initially shown at adult pricing. When you hover over, or select, a kids size, the price reduction will be displayed.
When you buy a childs size, the price will be amended in the cart to reflect your chosen size.
Are The Kids Sizes the Same Brands as the Adults Clothing?
Yes – The kids sized garments are the same brand and made from equivalent materials except for the fleeces.
The kids fleeces are from Result as opposed to Regatta but are of a slightly heavier material and therefore warmer. The kids fleeces also have a small reflective triangle front and back.
There are minor detail differences in other garments such as the hoodies have no pull cords as per the relevant clothing safety standards. All clothing features are detailed on each product page.

Can the Kids Garments be Personalised?
Yes – because we have added the kids sizes to the main adults products, you have access to exactly the same personalisation features you currently enjoy!
